ChurchProducer is church management and worship planning software that runs in the browser. It brings service planning, volunteer scheduling, a song library, live lyrics and stage displays, a digital music stand, a people directory with care notes, small group management and team chat into one app, with one sign-in and one set of people. It’s made by Sidestreet for churches of any size, anywhere. ### Do we have to use all of it? No. Start with the part that hurts most — plenty of churches begin with services and scheduling, or with People — and bring the rest over when you're ready. Nothing has to be set up before you can use the other tools. ### What is ChurchProducer AI? An add-on with two pieces: the Monday brief — a weekly, AI-written summary for your staff of what needs attention, built from your church's own plans, people and groups — and Sermonix, our AI assistant for sermon prep, social posts, newsletters, guest follow-up and small group studies. Nothing sends on its own except the brief to your own staff, and pastoral notes are never shared with the AI. ### What is Sermonix, and is it included? Sermonix is Sidestreet's AI assistant for the rest of the pastor's week — sermon prep briefs, social posts, newsletters, guest follow-up, devotionals, small group studies and graphics. It's part of the ChurchProducer package and runs in your staff's Slack workspace, tuned to your church's voice and tradition. ### What does it replace? For most churches: a planning app, presentation software for lyrics, the chord-chart binder, a people database, the small-group signup form and a pile of group texts. You can keep anything you love — ChurchProducer runs in the browser alongside it. ### What does it cost? Every church runs a little differently, so we don't publish one-size-fits-all pricing. Export your people from Planning Center as a CSV and import it — names, contact info, birthdays, membership and households come across, and nobody gets emailed until you invite them. Songs come in from your SongSelect downloads. ### Is it a Planning Center alternative? For many churches, yes. ChurchProducer covers the day-to-day ground of Planning Center Services, People and Groups — plans, scheduling, songs, a directory, care notes, small groups and attendance — plus live lyrics and team chat, all in one app instead of separate products. You can import your people from a Planning Center export in an afternoon. ### Can we keep ProPresenter or our current lyrics software? You can. ChurchProducer’s lyrics, stage display and music stand are there when you want them, but nothing depends on them — plenty of teams plan and schedule here and keep running slides from the booth software they already know. ### What size church is it for? Church plants with a handful of volunteers up to multi-staff churches with dozens of teams and groups. Roles keep it simple for volunteers, and the tools scale from one Sunday service to several services, rehearsals and midweek groups. ### Do you work with churches outside your area? Yes — anywhere. ChurchProducer runs in the browser on Cloudflare’s global network, every church gets its own address and time zone, and setup and support happen over video calls and email. ### Do we have to install anything? No. Everything runs in the browser. Your projector and stage computers open a private link for that service, and everyone else signs in from a laptop, tablet or phone. ### Who can see what? Volunteers see their schedule, their teams, their groups and their chats. Leaders and staff see the people directory and every group. Pastoral notes and fields are only visible to the people you give pastoral access — not even other admins. ### Is our data private? Yes. Your church has its own address, and your plans, people, groups, songs, chats and files are walled off from every other church — a login only works at your church's address. It all runs on Cloudflare's network with encryption in transit and at rest. ### What about song licensing? Import songs from your SongSelect downloads, show credits and your CCLI license number on screen, and pull a song-usage report with exactly what to enter when you report to CCLI. It doesn't replace your license — keep your CCLI coverage current. ### Who builds and supports it?
